This company had legal troubles - but in my opinion, the most negative, was when they forced Christopher Weaver out of that company back in 2003.  Their other legal troubles are the classic fall-out between formal revives and partnerships.  Copyright infringement is a major pitfall in this industry too.  If you do a simple animation of a smiling ghost blob figure, you may risk getting sued by the creatures of Casper the friendly ghost.  lol
