Some parts of Lucas Film is distributed through Walt Disney who Bought Lucas film in 2012 for US$4.06 Billion and Earns Distribution Rights to all Subsequent Star Wars Films, and a Former Distributor 20th Century Fox retain Physical Distribution Rights for the 1st two Star Wars Trilogies, and owns permanent rights to original 1977 film - etc...
